Geotech was proud to support the University of Kansas field hydrogeology course in Cañon City, Colorado!  Our instructors, Garrett Hansen and Andrew Visco, provided students with valuable hands-on experience with environmental field equipment and sampling techniques.  

 Students learned best practices for low-flow sampling using Geotech Bladder Pumps and the GeoController Pro. Garrett also demonstrated filtration methods for preparing samples for trace-metals analysis with Dispos-a-Filters, while Visco offered demos on X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology for elemental analysis of metals in soil.
