Precision and Power in a Single Pump: |
In the world of environmental groundwater monitoring, having versatile, precise, and reliable equipment is non-negotiable. That's why the Geotech GeoSub 2 Pump and Controller System is the go-to solution for environmental professionals seeking rounded performance in the field. |
Available for rental or purchase, the GeoSub 2 is a single-stage, all-stainless steel (SS) submersible pump built to withstand the harshest well conditions while protecting sample integrity. The pump truly shines with the GeoSub 2 Controller. |
This precision controller provides field workers with the ability to manage everything from high-rate purging down to ultra-low-flow sampling rates of just 10 mL/min, ensuring you meet all regulatory requirements for the most sensitive analytes, including PFAS.
The GeoSub 2 system's competitive edge is defined by its technology and versatility. While its standard lift is 200 feet, its remarkable depth capability can be dramatically expanded for deep-well applications using the optional Drop Tube Assembly. This feature allows users to remotely position the pump intake thousands of feet from the top of the casing. In fact, 2,000 feet is the current record, though we have not yet determined the absolute maximum depth. This extensive range, combined with a robust, field-serviceable design, guarantees maximum uptime and unparalleled control for all your projects.

| Connecting with Future Environmental Professionals: |
Geotech was proud to support the University of Kansas field hydrogeology course in Cañon City, Colorado! Our instructors, Garrett Hansen and Andrew Visco, provided students with valuable hands-on experience with environmental field equipment and sampling techniques.
Students learned best practices for low-flow sampling using Geotech Bladder Pumps and the GeoController Pro. Garrett also demonstrated filtration methods for preparing samples for trace-metals analysis with Dispos-a-Filters, while Visco offered demos on X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology for elemental analysis of metals in soil.
A big thanks to all the students for their engagement and commitment to enhancing their overall environmental field skills! |
